Founder & Head Coach

Coach Williams

Coach Williams has over 10 years of basketball experience with teams like Mississauga Monarchs, Conestoga College, and Flemming College. He's coached for 4 years, including as an Assistant Coach at Conestoga College. Passionate about basketball, he aims to unite top trainers to develop players from diverse backgrounds and elevate their game to their desired level.

Tuesday training sessions has a strong emphasis on ball handling to improve handles and create a confident player who is comfortable with the ball.

Friday runs allows for players to practice what they are learning in a controlled game situation. Runs consist of teams made up of players and coaches to promote a live learning experience.

Lunge jumps with weighted balls to improve leg and arm strength during a Shooting Sunday session. A big part of being able to be an accurate shooter is having significant leg and arm strength.

Sunday's facility allows players access to a shooting machine to get as many shots up as possible. Coach Justin focus' on fixing players form to make them accurate shooters all around the court.
