What are regular sessions?

Regular session packages include small group training sessions that focus on basketball development. In the session, there will be numerous drills covered aimed to improve a child's overall game. Conditioning, ball handling, finishing, defense, basketball IQ, etc. are all covered. Session packages will also allow you access to 'Shooting Sunday' sessions with RBA's shooting coach who focuses on improving shooting form and shooting repetition. Players will have access to a shooting machine and will go through numerous shooting drills. If you have any more questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us!
